Description:Developed by the Luoyang Bearing Research Institute, this tester is mainly used in centerline and groove grinding processes to measure bearing OD, roundness, dynamic (speed and acceleration) waviness and static waviness of inner and external grooves. It is also able to conduct harmonic wave analysis and slope analysis of the surface of measured profiles with a system accuracy better than 0.03μm. This instrument uses the latest graphics technology, various analysis value technologies, an accurate sensing system, a drive system, and a PC signal control system for process controlling.
