Name:Fully Automatic Numerically Controlled Grinding Line
Description:This grinding line consists of a fully automatic numerically controlled dual-end face grinder, a centerline grinder, an internal grinder, a slot grinder and a groove grinder. With the line equipped with CNC units, the feed system is driven through an AC servo and a ball screw. A plasma touch-screen display is used to show operational status. Using active measuring units and external automatic detection units for feedback controlling of the grinders' feed-system, automatic control over the machined dimensions and processing capacity is achieved. Parallel passage-connection is also used to avoid collision between working pieces and maintaining product quality.
